After placing an order, we will send you 2 emails. One order confirmation email right after you place your order, and one shipping confirmation email once we ship your package.
If you did not receive the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If you provided a phone number instead of an email address when placing your order, you will not receive an order confirmation email.
Make sure to contact our customer service team with the email address you would like to add to your order so that you can receive the shipping confirmation along with your tracking number.

Order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been processed and leaves our boutique, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the moment your order has been processed.
In the rare case that an item is temporarily low in stock, delivery may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days.

Can I change my address?

If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order is shipped. In some cases, minor address changes may also be possible after the order has been shipped. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your address.
