At Eleanor & Daughters, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy.

Return Policy – 60 Days

You may return your purchased item within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Products must include all original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email from our team with the official return instructions and the correct return address.

Important:
Returns sent to any address other than the official return location provided by our team cannot be accepted or refunded.

Please note: If your order was shipped from one of our external fulfillment locations, the item must be returned to the same location it was originally shipped from.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement item or refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Customers in the EU – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email informing you whether your return has been approved or rejected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
